They Have Mine And My Husbands Accounts Mixed Up.

i was sent an email saying my yahoo id was changed to my husbands yahoo id.now he can`t sign in to his email.can`t straighten it out. Is there a live person with intelligence we can speak with?or a way to clear this up. when i try to send an email to yahoo customer care,it comes back as failed to deliver.
