Hello,I Am With Yahoo For More Than 10 Years And Never Had A Problem

Hello,I am with yahoo for more than 10 years and never had a problem , my account is deactivated and security question to be answered to activate again. This is very important account as it is my main email account. I am really frustrated and dont know what to do.

Greetings - Please try reach a Yahoo Support agent as per the directions below as we are more of general customer support (and your issue may be better hendled by a rep on duty and has access to Yahoo's computer systems)

1. Go to http://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index
2. Select 'Yahoo Account'

3. Select Password & Signin
4. Select 'Forgot my Password'
5. Select 'Email a support Agent'
6. Fill out the form that appear, describing you problem as best as you can
7. Submit the form when done and petiently wait for their reply.
