I Have Deleted My Contact List, It Shows Back Up

I have deleted my contact list because i have something that is sending out emails to people on my contact list how do i make it stop this. I have spam blocked and i have deleted my contact list, and now it is back up. I am the only one that has my password because I change it all the time. please help.
