Where Is The Contact List To Send An E-mail? Why Won't Anyone Talk To Me?

This new format is NOT user friendly. Where is the contact list to send e-mails to? I have repeatedly sent questions to help.Yahoo.com and all I get is them saying someone will be contacting me within 24 48 hours with an answer and that NEVER happens. I tried callling the 800 number and Miguel put me on hold for over 14 minutes. Still no help.
