Can't Get Into Account Asks For Unknown Security Questions.

I made this account in 2010, I always didn't take security questions seriously back then. I'd just press random numbers and letters into it and move on. Well that's what I did to this one. Now being 2012 I can't seem to access my account. I never made a other account this is my only one. So I have no alt to speeck of. I have very important tasks needing to be performed but have just the knowledge of the user id and passoword. Can't make a new one I have to many important emails needing to be answered today.

You can recover your Yahoo account using your alternate address or mobile phone number on file, as explained at:
http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?locale=en_US&page=content&y=PROD_ACCT&id=SLN2081&impressions=true

If you have neither of these, you can't recover your account without your password. In that case, your only course would be (a) to guess the answers to your security questions, or (b) to abandon the account and open a new one.
