is there a phone number to call yahoo to reset my account. my hotmail account is no longer active and i cant access my yahoo account

To recover your account, follow these steps. If you still can't recover your account, submit this other Yahoo form for personal support. (With the use of that form Yahoo promises to call you.)

So far there are no phone numbers for yahoo. Please go here for possible solution.
