Please,can You Advice Me,how To Contact The Yahoo Provider ?

Recently I had adverts for internet games - on my webpage ( when I enter my personal email).I never play and computer games and I am not pleased looking at a blood stained vampire or other horrible images. please, can you take it out of my web page ? I dont know how did it appear there ( maybe because my kids sometimes play games using my laptop ) . I`ll discipline them. Please, take that image out of my personal email page - its very disturbing. I also wanted to ask you if you could make sure that I dont receive any such images - or any other images representing violence, occultism or sex/nudity on my personal page and on my yahoo ? I thank you for your help and understanding and I trust you that you will deal with this promptly - because otherwise I would have to change a provider - because I am really not willing to look at such pictures. Yahoo Customer Service. They have three phone numbers you can call: (866) 562-7219, (408) 349-3300 and (408) 349-1572. They are open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST.
