Yahoo.com Has Charged My Bank Account Unauthorized.

I don't even have a yahoo account, as a result, I am unable to access anything online. When I call the help line, I just get a recording that says there is no one available to help...thanks for calling....click. When I call the main business number, she just transfers me to the same help line number with the same recording...please help me get ahold of a person. Thanks so much.

Someone has you bank account information, this problem doesn't begin with Yahoo.com, it begins with you bank. Call or better yet go to your bank to backtrack the charges.

Stop payment if you can because this is a matter of identity theft. And whatever you do, please close that account - the bank can help you.

After you have taken the matter up with the bank, you might want to file a police complaint. You will have evidence but the problem is that if the only amount taken thus far was a small amount, they probably can't pursue it because it is a misdemeanor.
