My Yahoo Will Not Open Downloads Or Links. Pop Up Block Is Off

When I open an email from anyone, and links are highlighted - yahoo will not respond -This means all emails - /Delta, Consumer Report - anything. Only the email will open - not the links. Sometimes it says a popup blocker will not let it open - but My pop up blocker is turned off. James Ray
