There is no customer service number to close your account. For a hacked account, Yahoo wants you to follow the steps at http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=content&y=PROD_ACCT&locale=en_US&id=SLN2090&impressions=true.
If however you just wish to close the account, that's done by means of the steps on the Account Termination page.
