I Have Someone Who Is Using Yahoo Messenger As A Scam Tool, What Do I Do?

Dear Sir/Madam, ther is someone who is using Yahoo messenger as a scaming tool, he advertised a jon on eufreelance and uses a yahoo and a gmail accounts to contacts his victims. hopfully you can block him off and help me locate him. I am sure you do not want the reputation of this kind of people using your services. This guy has stolen money from me and I am not sure how many more. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
