how can i change my mobile phone number in yahoobecouse i try log in and it takes me to security questions and send ur code to wrong phone number

If your mobile phone number is not good you have to use other means to verify your identity and recover your account. See this Yahoo page. Once you're signed in you can change your account information including your phone number.
