I Forgot My Password To My Security Question #2. How Can I Retrieve The Answer?

When I try to retrieve my password to my email I cannot complete the process because I have forgotten my answer to my security question number 2. How can I retrieve the answer to my question to be able to change my password and get into my account? Pleas send the answer to my mothers email due to the fact that I am unable to get into mine. thanks
