Forgot Password And Dont Remember Answer To Security Question- Changed Because O

I was compromised- somebody? sent out 9 emails which were in my sent file- about sexual aids, etc. I changed the password and was so upset forgot where I wrote it. Now I cant get on my account and dont remember answer to security question- obvious answer not working. Had to set up another email.
