I Cann't Access My Yahoo Mail

i used my blackberry phone to check my yahoomail and i signed up with blackberry world using my yahoo id so i can recieve my mails on my blackberry. but now i tried opening my mail from a my laptop it is no longer opening, it has been asking me a secret question of what is my name, i've typed my name several time but it reply that the answer is wrong. please i really need help because i've been using my mail for close to 5 years now and i have alot of my contacts there, all my friends emails & business contact mails are there, please help me. i had to just open a gmail now.

I believe that someone has got an access to your Yahoo Mail account without your authorization. I suggest that you immediately recover your account by using the account recovery page of Yahoo. You will be asked to provide the following information.

Alternate email address, birthday, country of residence, and postal code.
