My Printer Is Telling Me To Clean The Cdt Sensor - Where And What Is This
where is my ctd unit sensor. My printer is telling me to clean it and I dont know where it is????

Hello, here are the steps that can be found in the User Guide :
Cleaning the Color Toner Density Sensors
Note: Clean the color toner density (CTD) sensors when an alert for the CTD sensors appears on the control panel or in PrintingScout Printer Status window.
- Turn off the printer.
- Push down the rear cover release lever and pull open the cover.
- Use a dry cotton swab to clean the color toner density sensors.
- Close the rear cover.
