Is The Mandatory Evacuation Near Genessee Colorado Still In Effect?

A gas line was broken near Forest Hills Rd. and Shingle Creek Rd. near Genesse Colorado earlier today, (10/20/10).  There was a mandatory evacuation.  Has it been lifted as of 2 p.m. MDT?
