It Won't Let Me Play Online And Join Parties Or Chats

when i try to get on x box live it wont let me play

Hi. Restart your router and try again. Normally i just turn my router off for about 10 minutes and turn it back on.

It may be because your router's NAT settings are too strict. If you can find the place to change it, make it 'open'. I don't think it can be changed on my router. Also it might have something to do with open ports.
