Getting In Touch With The Repair Center In Mcallen, Texas

I got an email from someone named Cris of the Xbox Global Escalation/Service Center Variance Team.I had sent my X-box to the Product Returns Center in McAllen, TX 78503. Cris' e mail says there was no physical address on my account. I tried replying to the email and get it returned saying it is not a valid email address.I wish there were someone to talk to rather than having to guess what you are supposed to do to get service.
