Xbox Gold Membership
We are supposed to have one month free of XBox Gold membership and we have only had it for approx 2 weeks and it is already trying to get me to purchase. The point is ... we should still have some time left on the trial period. So what's up with that?

If your membership is expiring earlier than expected you will need to contact Microsoft and explain the issue to them. You can find contact information here.
