My Phone Is Out. Flashing Lite Says Line In Use. No One Using Line. Have Disc.
hones for 10 minutes. servicers working in phone substation may have forgot to turn my phone line back on when they were thru. my phone number is 606-928-5656. I would appreciate my phone being fixed. I do not have a cell phone here this is a land line...
