Billing And Line Release Issues
I've been trying resolve a billing issue for over 2 months now. The rep who was helping me has backed out and I'm left calling Customer Service once again. This is a multi-line issue involving over $1,000 and includes the refusal of Windstream to release a line to our new carrier. I need a supervisor to contact me.
