How To Restore Working Online. After Upgrade, Error Report Continues For Mail.

Windows Live Mail still does not allow working online. Report indicates error when attempting to connect to Windows Live Calendar. Unable to view profile, change phone number for security, etc. Attempted to restore to original status was also unsuccessful.

Try this

Go to C:\Users\username\App-data\Local\Microsoft and then right click on the Windows Live Mail folder and choose 'restore previous versions'. Then choose the most recent date to restore. Then open Windows Live Mail.
