Stuck In A Spin Cycle Process.

I just recently replaced the gear shaft, bearings & hub kit, which appears to be performing corrrectly. According to my wife washer is not operating properly. On normal wash water runs through soap dispenser, then a little amount of water enters tub, runs through spin then stops, repeats itself, and continues this pattern for about 20 minutes. Finally water fills tub, followed by soap and then washing cycle begins and follows through as normal until completion. I tried to find info on washing cycle sequence but have yet to find anything. Trying to find a factory reset or something to rectify this problem

The only possible solution I got to your question is the factory resetting.

To do;

Unplug the washer for 1 minute from the electrical outlet. Plug the washer back in and lift and lower the lid 6 times within a 12 second period. You have 30 seconds to start lifting and lowering the lid. ... The motor has now been reset and is ready for you to start a cycle.
