The Washer Won't Spin Won't Pump Water

Could be a failed lid switch.

When you open the lid, there should be a 'finger' that drops into a hole around the edge of the lid closing. Carefully lower a screwdriver into this hole about a 1/2" and you should hear a click (lid switch closing). If no click, is probably broken.

No spin/drain can point to a bad/broken lid switch.

The most likely reason it won't drain is an obstruction between the tub and pump. Remove the hose from the bottom of the tub to the pump and check it for obstructions. The video below will hep you do this. If the washer won't drain it won't spin.
