Ul Warning

Everytime I do a load when it's 7 min left the machine stops and it blinks UL. I know it means unbalanced load. It does this for everything. Whats wrong and how do I fix?

Washer Starts And Goes For About 10 Min Then Stops
the washer will stop about 10 min into wash cylce then give error codes f8 and e1
