Won't Finish A Cycle

No matter what setting I have my washer on, the washer stops without completing the final spin. The water is out of the basket but the clothes are wet. I have to unplug the washer then plug it in and put it on the drain and spin cycle to spin the clothes. I did the diagnostics and it said F0 E5
