Did Not Complete Last Cycle (water Left In Tub). Now Stuck At 'sensing'

Red light is on for Lid latched. But no cycle will start. It seems to hum slightly and wobble very slightly (motor might be on?). But no cycle will start at all now. Model is Whirlpool WTW5700X
