Use 1 Tsp. Of Tide He Soap For Large Load; Have Water Soft. Cant Get Soap Out

I've taken laundry to the laundromat and it's taken 4 washings (with no soap) to get all the soap out of one load of clothes.

It's concentrated and I've been having the same problem since Tide was changed. I also have soft water and even when the clothes are rinsed they feel like they have a film on them, unlike before the formula was changed.If I used the recommended anount on the box I would never get the clothes rinsed properly in my front load:(
