Freezer Over Frosting And Refrig Not Cooling.

Freezer section is frosting up on back, sides and door sealing area. Not using icemaker. Main problem is refrig is not cooling correctly and I have it on the coolest setting. It is not overstocked. Air filter was changed ( after the fact). MFG date
