Ice Flies Out All Over Floor Ruining Wood Floor- Wrs325fdaw02. 2x Replaced.same.
Store service came out -said bad design. Whirlpool service came out twice replaced inside mechanism that dispenses ice . Same problem. Should recall this product! Purchased mid February 2014

It's hard to respond to your question, as you didn't ask one! However, it appears that the problem was reported while the warranty was in force; if so, your recourse would still be with Whirlpool. Regarding your "Should recall" suggestion, that also must be made to Whirlpool. (See the contact information below.) Note that we're an independent help site *not* connected with Whirlpool.
