Won't Heat

I went to use my microwave (Whirlpool WMH2175xvb) today to make my kids breakfast. I was re-heating  pancakes that had ice on them from the freezer. I cooked it for 30 seconds, took it out and there was still ice on them!!! Not one ounce of heat was used!!! What's up?? I tried unplugging it, taking the wire rack out etc etc. Can you tell me what's wrong?
