My Washer Makes A Loud Clunking Noise During The Spin Cycle Only.

The cause of the machine making clunking noise and vibrating violently is the packaging bolts on the back of the machine that were supposed to be removed when the machine was installed (why it says remove packaging bolts in the installation manual).

These packaging bolts hold the suspension steady and firm during shipping but MUST be removed before operating the machine. When these packaging bolts (I think there are four total, some up to 6 inches long penetrate the rear of the machine) are removed, they allow the suspesion to absorb the vibration.
