Whirlpool Duet Wfw9200sqa12 Washer Will Make Noise When It Runs On Normal Cycle,

When i run my washer in normal cycle, the unit sounds like it trying really hard (the noise is a little louder) but then when i switched over to the delicate it works perfectly fine, no noise or nothing. Any advise on what to check or look for? thank you
