Did You Ever Find Out The Problem? I Had This Same Problem Not To Long Ago.

Mine would start to wash then it would start to beep and would not spin nor drain. I did research and had to take the front bottom panel off then open the drain tube which was in the right bottom corner (water will drain out) then once it was opened I cleared the drain catcher it had black gunk and coins in it but entering the motor alomost was a piece of bathing suite from my daughter. once i removed that and put it all back together, I tested it to wash and it ran great. Hope this helps

Thank you for your contribution, but I fear your time may have been wasted, because (1) there's no way to identify the "problem" to which you refer, and (2) very few people read these questions, and those who do will pass over questions that they can't easily answer. My suggestion to you is that you yourself volunteer to answer questions. If you're interested, go to http://www.helpowl.com/answer_question.php.
