Error A10

Model WFC7500VWO has error A10. Has water inside and not draining. When Machine is turned on door locked light is on and unlook door/draining light is blinking, when you press and hold start the tub will start turning and stop. I removed back pannel checked for blockage, found none I removed the clip holding drain hose, layed hose on floor, all water drained freely.
