Poping Out The Thermal Fuse Cut Off

why is my dryer poping the fuse twice allready fuse #279769 which is the thermal cutoff, is the dyer defective

The thermal fuse is doing what it was desiqned to do, You need to check the unit for either a clog (lint) or you may have a bad thermostat. Check for good air flow at the outside vent and in the vent hose. Most commen place for a clog in at the blower just before it exits the machine.
