After Loading The Dishwasher. Shutting Door And Pushing Start ,

after loading the dishwasher. shutting door and pushing start .normal cycle dry after about 15 sec the light go out and nothing happen..... why ??/if I then press cancel it run drain cycle about 2 min ....after drain cycle select normal and dry press start and it does the same thing. light go out in about 15 sec.if I select 1 hr clean and press star it will start and run the door has not been open after first step..

You will sadly have to call in a repair man as the issue may be as moderate as a bad timer or as serious as a bad main control board.
