Our Dishwasher Was Not Doing A Heated Dry. We Changed The Heating Element Which

Our dishwasher quit heating the water - we noticed the heating element had burned so we replaced it. It still does not heat and the high temp option is no longer available. It will light up heated dry but it does not work because there is no heat.
