Tub Off Balance

I took out the tub assembly and set it on level ground, i adjusted the shocks and check the tub with a level. Everything looked good, placed the tub assembly back in the cabinet, balanced the cabinet and the tub still looks off center just a bit...why is this??......any feedback will be greatly appreciated.
