Why Is There Ice Build Up On Brand New Gx5fhdxvy Bottom Drawer Freezer?

When we open bottom freezer drawer, there is an accumulation of ice/frost on top on door ledge and upper part of freezer where drawer closes (just in the middle) Is the door not sealing properly? What is problem, it is new 2011 model.
