Door Ajar Alarm When Doors Are Closed.

Our door ajar alarm is on right now, even though the doors are shut. We have "reset" the alarm so it doesn't beep at us, but it still has disabled the ice and water as well as the light inside the fridge. This time, this has happened after a power outage, though it has happened in the past randomly. It reset itself in the past after several hours, though this time it hasn't, and is quite annoying, not being able to do anything about this myself. I called Whirlpool and received no additional information than I found in the owner's manual. Could you please tell me how to fix this problem. I have checked all the door sensors and even while holding down all sensors to ensure that they are closing all the way, it is still saying the door is ajar. Please help me correct this issue. Thank you!!
