My Ice Maker Not Working. It Is On. Feel Ice In Shoot.

IT JUST STOPED WORKING. THE BOX IS ONLY 13 MOS OLD. I MADE SURE IT IS TURNED ON. I CAN FEEL ICE WHEN I PUT MY HAND IN THE ICE SHOOT. SHOULD I TURN FRIDG OFF AND LET IT DEFROST?

The ice you feel may be blocking any more ice from coming out. Try to clear the blockage. If the problem persists contact the manufacturer.
