Have A Whirlpool French Door Mod Gi6farxxy Thats Not Producing Ice

water dispense from door fine, filter just changed and ice dispences thru door if manually put in bin.no water seems to filling tray but do feel ice on bottom. could it be frozen and how do i defrost. Thanks Andy.
