I Have A Gew9868kq3 Electric Dryer. It Runs But Doesn't Heat And Element Replace

I have a Whirlpool GEW9868KQ3 that runs and doesn't heat. The first thing I did was replace the heating element. Then I replaced a 3976615 thermistor because it was testing bad. I don't know what to do next. Please help me......
