Bottom Freezer Has Half Inch Ice Covering It On Bottom

Your defrost drain is frozen or clogged, and the water that normally goes down the drain tube just runs out on the bottom of the freezer. Soon it will run out on your floor. See the above video and get the part.W10619951 First you will need to unplung your Refrigerator for a day, 24 hours, and open the freezer door.
