What Must We Do To Fix The Refrigerator Leak. It Is A Serious Problem.

My husband has tried to stop the leak, but still it is leaking, and the refigerator is pretty new. From internet searches it appears that this is a common problem. Help.

If the leak is coming out in the front, right underneath the freezer door, you most likely have a clogged (frozen) defrost drain. It is a design problem. The only way to fix it permently is to: first defrost your refrigerator for 24 hours with the doors open. Unplug open doors and just leave it for 24 hours.
