My Freezer Model #ev160nztq Is Suppose To Be Frostless
The lower level of our freezer is accumulating frost, this freezer is supposed to be frostless. Please help us and tell us what is wrong. We appreciate your immediate attention. Thank you.

The previous answer is questionable for a number of reasons--among which is the fact that it refers to a particular appliance (a refrigerator) that is not yours. In fact there are 3 very common causes of this problem in refrigerators--and it's likely that one of these applies to your freezer.
