WestJet doesn't appear to currently have an Email address to address such issues. You'll have to call them to get this straightened out. If you're in Canada, just call 1-888-937-8538. If you're in the USA, call 1-855-547-2451. If you're calling from outside of these areas, you can find the correct number to use on this page by clicking 'Calling outside of Canada and the US?' link. http://www.westjet.com/guest/en/contact/index.shtml

You can also try their feedback form, which is the closest thing to an email address you'll get from WestJet just now, but there is no guarantee they will reply to your particular problem via their feedback page. You could, however, suggest they add an easy to contact email address for people with such issues. Just use the link above and click the 'Give Feedback' tab. Good luck!
