Wells Has Been Witholding Funds To My Account Since I Deposited A Check On 7/13/
W.F. has been witholding funds from my checking account . CK was deposited on 7/12/11 @8:49am.
Cleared tjhe Bank America acct. on 7/15/11. I still do not have use for those funds, $5,500. My checks are OD. from 7/15-7/22. * days for you to use these fund illegally.
Legally I do not believe after the funds have cleared you have any right to hold on to those funds.
I shall definetly report this to the banking commission.
